José Auriemo Neto is a renowned businessman in Brazil who decided to venture into the real estate industry. He is the eldest son of Fabio Auriemo, the brother to Jose Roberto Auriemo. Fabio and Roberto are the co-founders of the then JHS. This duo founded JHS in 1972 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It started as a construction company but their main goal was to turn it into a real estate giant.
By 1990, the JHS had split and the Fabio Auriemo turned it into a real estate investment and changing its name to JHSF. Neto started working at his father’s company in 1993, 4 years later, he established a service department and created Parkbem, a parking lot management company. After noting success in his first project, Neto started a shopping centre department that specialized in shopping malls.
The company started experiencing a rapid growth and in 2001, JHSF was dealing with grandiose projects across the country. The first shopping mall in Brazil was constructed by the company and it was a one of its kind coming with an integrated local subway station.
In 2007, JHSF was listed as a public company and was able to acquire more capital which led to the purchase of stake in the Fasano Group Hotels.
Under the leadership of the able Neto. JHSF made great strides in the real estate business. By 2006, JHSF had constructed Cidade Jardim Complex, a state-of-the-art shopping mall. Other shopping structures constructed by the company include Shopping Cidade Jardim, Shopping Ponta Negra, and Shopping Bela Vista.
Apart from engineering the construction of shopping malls in Brazil, under the leadership of Neto, JHSF established an executive airport in in the city of Sao Paulo. The company now boasts of immense growth with real estate investments in the USA and Uruguay.
