Nitin Khanna is an entrepreneur who is currently based on Portland, Oregon. He was a co-founder of Saber Corp. which was founded in 1998 and was later sold to EDS in 2009. He is now the chairman of MergerTech, an M&A firm that helps firms get acquired by other firms. They help in attracting potential buyers and to increase the value of the firm through M&A. Before co-founding Saber, Nitin Khanna worked on Oracle Corporation and left a track in their senior positions. He believes that productivity is the key for most companies to achieve success.
