He has consulted for various renowned companies such as the World Bank, the U.N. and the government of South Africa among others. He does extensive research and writes down his findings on matters relating to finance and housing among much more. 9 years ago, he left South Africa and moved back to the United States to serve the Habitat for Humanity International as an International Housing Programs’ Director. Through the monthly publication, The Bauman Letter, Ted gives his readers various options to choose from when making investments based on his research.

Other than The Bauman Letter, he writes in The Sovereign Investor Daily weekly. He also is a co-author of the ‘Where to Stash Your Cash’ book. Other well-known publications such as Journal of Microfinance, New Internationalist, Guardian, Cape Times, Mail and the South African press have published his work.
